We went down just after 1pm. I’d seen the small coach seating perhaps 25 arrive from the bedroom window. After we’d stood around for a bit, and Janet and I had greeted family members, some of the party, including ourselves, Steve and Berenice, Natalie and Ste, Janine and Ian, Jade and Bradley, and some of the Polish contingent, boarded the coach for the first of its two shuttlings to the church.

On the coach
We went to the room briefly before going back for sparkling wine (or orange juice) on the hotel terrace. Then everyone proceeded downstairs to the reception room. Steve and Berenice were among those on the top table, and on “table 1” were Janet and I, Janine and Ian, Ste and Natalie, and Jade and Bradley.
