PARCHMENT CERTIFICATE of Discharge of No. 3848 (Rank) Private (Name) Alexander Osborne, Coldstream Regiment of Guards.
Born in the Parish of Merriott near the Town of Crewkerne in the County of Somerset.
Enlisted at Crewkerne on 13 Nov /76 for Cold Guards at the Age of 18¹⁰⁄₁₂ years.

He is Passed to the Army Reserve in consequence of the completion of his army Service.
Service Abroad: Nil years. Medals: Nil.
He has served 6 years 100 days, of which 6 years 100 days reckon towards Pension.
His conduct and character while with the Colors [sic] have been Very Good. He is in Poßeßion of two good conduct badges.
