SUPERINTENDENT’S OFFICE.
Date: Mar. 25, 1913
Received of Mr. John Lunn residing at 71 Pond St in the Township of Sheffield the sum of £2.12.0 being the amount of Fees and Charges in respect of the exclusive Right of Interment in perpetuity in an earthen Grave marked upon the plan, Number 9833 section Z, and for the interment of Eliz. Lunn aged 23 in the GENERAL PORTION of the Burial Ground, subject to the Conditions which are printed on the back of this Receipt.

NOTICE.—The Receipt must be produced when making application for this Grave to be re-opened.
